Healthy successions require lots of planning.

Pastoral Succession is an area in which healthy long term planning can lead to positive outcomes for both the outgoing and incoming leaders and, most importantly for the church. The Multiply Vineyard team are working to provide resources for to help this process happen smoothly for the benefit of all concerned.

This call is aimed at any Senior Pastors considering succession in the next 5 years with helpful insights from recently retired pastors. You will also have opportunities to reflect on your own situation and get to know more about the work of newly forming VCUKI Successions team.
