As a movement, it’s our duty to care for each and every Vineyard church in the UK & Ireland. We love the unique shape that the Lord has made each Vineyard church and want to continue investing in areas that are not only helpful for them but also that lead to their continued health and growth.

Different churches, like plants, need different kinds of care. So with this in mind we will ensure that investment in our existing

churches helps them to thrive and develop. Some churches will grow numerically; others will have a Kingdom Impact far surpassing their size; whilst still others will be a blessing to their city and the wider church; some may do each of these things. Neither expression marks their identity, but instead reveals the vision for their church and how the Lord is using them to make an impact.

Our desire is for each Vineyard to have the help and support that they need from the wider movement, which aids them as they pursue the call from God for their church and grow in ways not possible without the intervention of the Lord.
