VCUKI exists to participate in the advancement of the Kingdom of God through the work of local Vineyard churches that communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ in word and practise.
VCUKI Leadership College
The VCUKI Leadership College is a church-based, multi-campus, multi-disciplinary training programme for leaders within the movement. Students will apply from across the Vineyard movements to be part of the Leadership College and will take part in training both locally and at national training colleges based around the country.
The Role
Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland (VCUKI) has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Campus at their Leadership College Midland Campus. This role will work in collaboration with the National Director of Training to oversee the facilitation of the VCUKI Leadership College within their campus area. The Head of Campus will be the driver for the college within each campus. The individual in this role will need to be able to support curriculum development and work with the Leadership College Team to create a thriving learning environment for emerging leaders within the movement. This is a part-time, fixed term position based at the Midlands Campus (Trent Vineyard) and reporting to the National Director of Training.
This role will be well suited to someone who is highly organised, motivated and can operationally support the delivery of the vision to see others step into their call and gifting through the organisation and administration of the Leadership College.
The candidate would ideally be a graduate, have a background in education and an understanding of a range of teaching theories and practices. The candidate will have a track record of multiplying in leadership and be experienced in facilitating meetings and leading ministry times.
The candidate should be available to start in June however if possible we would love to start integrating them in May.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Finance and Legal Admin Assistant to join our Finance and Legal Team (FLT). In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our team, providing essential support to the General Counsel and the wider FLT. Your responsibilities will be policy management, research and reporting on the current legislative agenda, safeguarding and HR administration, basic financial admin and general office administration. This is a part time position, based in Hull.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- An honours degree (2:2 or higher) or equivalent professional qualification. preferably, in humanities, legal studies, governance or in business management.
- An understanding of basic legal concepts and legal research.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to join our staff team. This is a broad, operational, and strategic senior role that will involve overseeing all of the church’s operations in a way that best enables the growth of God’s kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by managing logistics for our multisite church, providing administrative, financial and HR support, and serving as an integral part of our staff team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a servant-hearted leadership approach.
Hours worked: 37.5 hours per week

Bognor Vineyard is located on the south coast of the UK in Bognor Regis, and people call us home as far as Selsey to the west, Worthing to the east, and Chichester to the north. We were planted by Portsmouth Vineyard in 1999 and meet in schools and community centres in the Bognor area. We currently have around 50 people attending Sunday morning services. We have our own building in the centre of town for admin, prayer, worship and outreach in addition to two flats, which we rent out.

Youth: We are looking for someone who can share our passion and vision for discipling young people, someone that has experience of working with youth (11-18yrs), someone that can sow life and inspiration into this generation. We require someone that can initiate cross-church connections and facilitate collaboration with secondary schools work in the area.
Ministry Development: Compassion ministry and serving those that don’t yet belong to the church is important to us, we really want to be a church that disrupts loneliness in Farnham. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and overseeing a compassion ministry. Recruiting & organising a team of volunteers will be crucial to the success of this, as will the ability to minister to people with love and grace.
