“The people in the worship ministry need to be worshippers first”

In this short interview Steve Nicholson shares with us his thoughts on building a healthy worship ministry and he urges our worship teams to be:

• worshippers first
• connected relationally with our communities
• knowledgeable and understanding of the great themes in the bible
• understanding of our role to help the people of God to worship

Steve is the Senior Pastor of the Evanston Vineyard and also serves on the Nation Board of Vineyard USA.
